After having an accident, I took my 2023 Porsche Cayenne S to this establishment after hearing from a few acquaintances that they did good work. I arrived and was met by David Harrison-owner. He immediately asked if I was ok - (thoughtful) and then proceeded to get to business! He took part of the medal that was hanging on off- he and his team inspected the damage to determine if it was safe to drive- he explained to me step by step how to handle the situation with the perpetrators insurance (as it was their fault). He gave me a detailed quote right then and there- After I heard from the other insurance company, he took it from there- The discrepancy between his quote and their quote was handled solely by David and his team and there was a sizable gap to negotiate- I was kept abreast of every step in between!!! I got pictures once work commenced and throughout the entire process until she was put all back together …..it’s like it never happened!! Great work Great communication- professional efficient yet made me feel like they cared- if anything ever happens again, no question where I’m placing my trust to repair!!!! Got into an accident and took my jeep here. I would absolutely recommend body work and repairs to anyone local (or not local). Great customer service. Miss Courtney was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. And put up with my constant barrage of questions. Caleb worked on my jeep after the accident and was helpful, knowledeable, and kind and worked with me to my concerns. Everyone here is salt of the earth. Thank you all!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (I’d give them an 11, but the survey only goes to 10 — Spinal Tap fans will understand). If you want your car fixed fast AND feel like you’ve been a loyal customer for years, Parks Collision Repair is your place. They repaired my hail damage in a single day, which already earns serious respect — but the experience went well beyond the work itself. The entire team was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. As someone still getting acquainted with Asheville, I especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations they offered. Who knew a collision shop could double as a visitor’s guide? But the real MVP? Dave. When I mentioned I was searching for an Uber to get home, he immediately offered to drive me and my dog Ezra instead — no hesitation, no fuss. Mid-trip, I realized I’d left my brand new Starbucks coffee back at the shop (priorities are priorities), and without missing a beat, he turned around so I could retrieve it. Then he drove us both the rest of the way home. The next day, when my car was ready, he came back to pick me up from Enterprise and brought me to the shop to get it. And Ezra? The best experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle repair in my entire life! My issue was small, but their service and work to fix it was unmatched. They gave me my options and executed my choice with confidence and care. I am so grateful to them for fixing my problem and making it easy. It is rare (if not unheard of!) to be pleasantly surprised when bringing your dented car to an autobody shop. Bracing for the estimate, for the repair of an extremely dented front corner panel of my 2019 Honda Passport SUV, Dave asked if I’d like to first have them try to "pull it out and buff it?" Even suggesting a potential repair that could save me upwards of $1000 was exciting & unprecedented from my experience. As you can see in the before & after photos below, Dave and his team at Parks Collision worked miracles! To have a major cost savings opportunity suggested first was in and of itself heartwarming, and the result was wallet-warming! And left me with renewed faith that there are really good people out there looking to best help their customers. Kudos to Dave and his team - Parks Collision repair made my day (& month)!!
